Return and Refund Policy

At Felix Outdoorz, we strive to provide you with high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your cash on delivery payment method.

5. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
